THE WOLF OF DOWNING STREET: After a string of resignations in his party and calls to resign himself, UK Prime Minister Boris Johnson officially held a speech earlier this week to announce his resignation. Contrary to the content of his speech, he also announced that he would remain as PM until the new one was elected - not by explicitly stating it, but by yelling 'I'm not fucking leaving' like Leonardo DiCaprio's character in The Wolf of Wall Street. Rumors say that after he went back inside his home he begun beating his chest and humming a tune, murmuring 'rookie numbers' over and over again.
