Summer Gilmore, 21, sent a formal complaint to Colgate earlier this week regarding the “chilli” in her toothpaste. When Colgate replied with an apology and offered her a $2.95 refund, she demanded compensation for emotional damage and the litres of milk she's had to drink after brushing her teeth to "cool down her mouth". Colgate was approached today for a statement, but we are yet to receive any response. More to come.
