Universities to introduce 'pop 2-hour notice assignments' to reduce student procrastination

A university in Sydney is on a mission to reduce student procrastination. The plan: By introducing pop 2-hour notice assignments with an instant fail for students who do not submit their work within the 2 hours. The head lecturer of biology had this to say: “In the past we gave students two weeks to complete an assignment, but most students didn't make the best use of that time. So, we want to take the pressure off of students and instead give them 2 hours to complete their assignment." Satellite images coming in are showing student-led riots occurring across the city.
