A spokesperson from the government stated that 'the reappointment of Graham Arnold as head coach made us think about the greatest sports in Australia - cycling and sailing, and how they need even more support.' Graham Arnold was reported to be 'furious' about the new sports fundings, claiming that 'a sailor couldn't put play left wing like Craig Goodwin does'.
