It's no secret that the 2004 animated family film, Shark Tale, was critically panned on release, so it's understandable why Will Smith would want to distance himself from his role in the movie, Oscar. What better way to accomplish this than to cause a massive scene at the 94th Academy Awards ceremony, coincidentally sharing the same name. Smith came clean earlier this morning stating, "It was too convenient of an opportunity to risk. I would do anything to clear my name from that God forsaken movie."
