Unsuspecting robbery victim reminds perpetrator of section 94 of the Crimes Act 1900

"Woah, hold on buddy!" An aspiring lawyer, Michael, 18, was walking home from a night out with friends when he was confronted on a side street by a man covered in black clothing. The mysterious men approached Michael and demanded money, snatching his wallet from his pocket. However, Michael verbally resisted the actions, reminding the robber that what he was doing was illegal pursuant to section 94 of the Crimes Act. Surprisingly, the robber couldn't care less and blissfully ran away from the scene with Michael's wallet secured.
