Recently married couple still has to ask parents if they can hangout

As the prices for the average house continue to rise throughout Sydney, James still has to ask his mother if his wife of 2 years, Mary, is able to stay the night. “Rather than spending $60,000 on a house deposit, Mary and I have opted to live at our childhood homes. Yes, it is tough but my bedroom only fits my single bed.” James and Mary have both graduated from university but are yet to find use with their degrees thus far, this has also added to the ever-growing reason to continue to live at home. “I graduated in 2015 and Mary in 2017, currently I haven't even paid off a quarter of my HECS debt yet. Mum enjoys having Mary over for dinner but wishes that someday we'd move out together.”
