The Platinum Jubilee Pageant was hosted recently on the 5th of June, with a star studded list of performers, including Elton John and Queen - but interestingly, Her Majesty shared that her favourite artist of the night was Stormzy, a British rapper. The Queen spoke: 'I really enjoyed that Storm guy, someone told me his music was grimy but I really did not agree - it flowed well and really represented the English culture.' Locals around Buckingham Palace have stated they have been now hearing the likes of Skepta and JME being played through the royal palace's sound system.
