After the torrential rainfall in the countries east and the flooding of Suncorp Stadium earlier this week, the NRL board have agreed that by 2050 every team will need to change to an aquatic-themed name. After the submersion of the Brisbane Broncos' (Water Buffalos in 2050) home ground, the board's top scientists have predicted that all the remaining stadiums will also be underwater by 2050. Some of the future names include the North Queensland Buoys, the Penrith Prawns and the Wests Tigerfishes.
