BOILING POINT: As freezing temperatures have swept over Australia in the past few weeks, a consistent argument has family members on their last straw: Heater settings. While some family members enjoy the extreme torture of attempting to get their room as close to the temperature of the sun, others believe in the old "just rug up" method which involves wearing enough clothes that it looks like you're being suffocated, but still have a little space to breathe. Sneaky tactics, including changing the settings while the other family member is in the shower, are starting to occur, only exacerbating the tension. With 2 months still to go in winter, questions must be raised about whether families can push through this detrimental roadblock. Time will tell.
