In a shocking statement today by the World Boxing Association, it is no longer compulsory for boxing judges to wear blindfolds! After years and years of complaints and investigations into unfathomable scoring cards, the organisation decided that forcing judges to be blind while judging the fight may be a cause of the controversial decision-making. Time will tell if this new innovation, allowing judges to watch the fight, will lead to better judging. Stay tuned.
