Australian families start filling up their cars with stockpiled hand sanitiser after record prices

If only you could power a car with toilet paper! Families are desperately searching for fuel alternatives, and have turned their attention to the garage which is currently filled with expired goods purchased during various 'panic buying' periods of the past two years. Many believed hand sanitiser might do the trick, as Melissa (46), tried to fill her tank up with the 60 bottles of santisier which are currently stacked in an old cupboard. However, a consistent and violent shake as she tries to now ignite the engine is a worrying sign that now she has no petrol, and a broken Mazda CX-5. More to come.
